Cattle in Print: The Changing Pastoral is a virtual exhibition curated by me as part of my Art History program at Carleton University. The exhibition addresses the subject of cattle and consumption in the last two hundred years as depicted in the medium of print in a pastoral tradition with the aim of increasing public awareness of the realities of animal-based food production, particularly beef, veal and dairy.
